A little help.
A clearer next step.
Set up your server, find a command, or get back on track.
Get started
- Add Pristine. Invite the bot to your server and grant the permissions your enabled features need.
- Connect Discord. Open Manage Servers and sign in with the account that owns your server.
- Choose your server. Configure commands, moderation, roles, and logging. The server owner can appoint bot admins with specific permissions.
- Check Discord. Use
/setupand/helpto finish bot features and view command usage.
Troubleshooting
My server is missing
Use the Discord account that owns the server. Otherwise, ask its owner to appoint you as a Pristine bot admin. Discord’s Administrator permission alone does not grant dashboard access.
A setting is not changing the bot
The AI moderation and anti-raid enable switches save immediately. Other settings use Save changes. Wait for the confirmation message, then use Refresh Server to check the live value. If a save fails, the dashboard shows an error rather than confirming it.
How do I connect Gemini?
The server owner can open AI moderation, paste a Gemini API key, and choose Save and test API key. Pristine checks the key before saving it. You can replace or remove it from the same form.
Create a Gemini API keyThe bot cannot delete messages or manage roles
Check Pristine’s Discord permissions and role position. Its role must sit above the roles it manages. Use the bot’s setup and health tools to review missing permissions.
Dashboard connection unavailable
The website needs a connection to the running bot. Retry shortly and check service status. If the bot is offline, saved settings cannot be confirmed.
