Pristine Terms of Service

Effective date: 3 October 2026

About Pristine

Pristine is an independently operated Discord bot and website. It provides commands, server configuration, moderation, support tools, member verification, and authorized member restoration. Pristine is not operated or endorsed by Discord. Contact: vexithespindex@gmail.com.

Using the service

You must be eligible to use Discord and follow Discord’s terms, server rules, and applicable law. Use Pristine only for actions you are authorized to perform. Do not use it for harassment, spam, impersonation, collecting other people’s tokens, bypassing access controls, or unauthorized server actions. Discord API data must not be used for prohibited purposes, including AI training without the permissions Discord requires.

Server management

Website sign-in and Discord authorization are required for management. Server owners appoint bot admins and choose their feature permissions. Appointed admins must remain members of that server. Discord Administrator or Manage Server permission alone does not grant dashboard access. The private website owner panel requires its separate owner email and password. Website ownership does not override a Discord server owner’s access controls.

Verification and restoration

When you choose member verification, the displayed consent explains account identification and permission to rejoin you to the same selected server. Eligible authorized operators can start restoration while that authorization remains valid. It does not authorize adding you to unrelated servers. Verification requires current membership and successfully configured roles. Discord permissions, rate limits, screening, and service availability can affect results. You can revoke Pristine’s member authorization in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps → Deauthorize. Website sign-out does not revoke that separate authorization.

Public server listings

Public listings are promotional information supplied to Pristine’s website owner. Listing a server requires permission from that server’s owner. An invite can expire or a community’s rules can change. Listing is not an endorsement of a server or its members. Report inaccurate or abusive listings to the contact email.

Availability and changes

Features depend on Discord, hosting, and server configuration. Pristine cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful moderation, verification, or restoration. Review consequential settings before saving them. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the current terms appear here. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy and support

Information handling and cookies are explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. For service questions or account/data requests, email vexithespindex@gmail.com or use the support server linked on this website.
